HUD Revokes and Redelегates Authority Under Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968

The Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) has retained and redelegated authority under Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, with exceptions, to the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for FHEO and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Programs, and further redelegated to FHEO Region Directors.
