EPA Announces Availability of 86 TMDLs for Arkansas Waters under Clean Water Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available the administrative record file for public comment on 86 Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for waters in Arkansas, as required by the Clean Water Act (CWA). These TMDLs were prepared by EPA Region 6 in response to a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club and others against EPA officials.
