EPA Approves West Virginia Clean Air Interstate Rule Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to West Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporates provisions related to the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and its Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) for sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions, as required by the Clean Air Act.
