SEC Publishes Concept Release on Revising Oil and Gas Reserves Disclosure Requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking public input on revising oil and gas reserves disclosure requirements, which have remained largely unchanged since 1978-1982, amid concerns that they may not accurately reflect current industry practices.
