Comment Request: Proposed Information Collection Activities for Elevated Risk Complex Structured Finance Activities

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OTS) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request for elevated risk complex structured finance activities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and has submitted it to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
