SEC Proposes Revisions to Form S-11 to Allow Historical Incorporation by Reference

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing amendments to Form S-11, a registration statement used by real estate entities to register offerings under the Securities Act of 1933, to permit the incorporation by reference of previously filed Exchange Act reports and documents, subject to certain conditions.
