MSRB Approves Proposed Rule Change for E-Mail Contacts in Municipal Securities

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board has approved a proposed rule change to amend Rule G-40, which governs e-mail contacts in municipal securities, as submitted by a self-regulatory organization.
