Composition of Proxy Groups for Determining Gas and Oil Pipeline Return on Equity; Notice of Extension of Time To File Comments and Rescheduling of Technical Conference

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has announced an extension of time for pipeline companies to file comments on a proposed rule regarding the composition of proxy groups for determining gas and oil pipeline return on equity. The commission has also rescheduled a technical conference to discuss the rule.
