OPM Requests Clearance for Revised OPM Form 1496A

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to revise OPM Form 1496A, used by eligible former Federal employees to apply for a deferred Civil Service annuity, due to a decrease in the number of respondents and the need for a more efficient form.
