Temporary Closure of Norfolk Southern Railroad Drawbridge Over Elizabeth River-Eastern Branch

The Commander of the Fifth Coast Guard District has granted a temporary exemption to close the Norfolk Southern Railroad drawbridge over the Elizabeth River-Eastern Branch in Norfolk, VA, from December 10, 2007, to February 3, 2008, to facilitate repairs to the bridge's operating machinery.
