National Nuclear Security Administration to Test Pay Banding System for Federal Employees

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will conduct a demonstration project to test a pay banding system that ties pay progression to employee performance, as part of a broader effort to improve federal human resources management.
