Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act Compensation Deadline Announced

The U.S. government has announced a one-year deadline for individuals injured by COVID-19 countermeasures to file compensation requests under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. Eligible individuals must submit their claims within one year of receiving the countermeasures.
