Notice of Availability of Draft Oil Shale and Tar Sands Resource Management Plan Amendments and Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Land Management is opening a 90-day public review and comment period for its draft plan to manage oil shale and tar sands resources in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
