US Department of Commerce Extends Time Limit for Review of Antidumping Duty on Solid Urea from Russia

The US Department of Commerce has extended the time limit for its review of the antidumping duty on solid urea from Russia, manufactured and exported by MCC EuroChem, and has preliminarily determined that EuroChem did not sell the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period.
