Elemental Wireless, LLC to Receive Partially Exclusive Patent License from US Department of the Navy

The US Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Elemental Wireless, LLC a partially exclusive license to practice certain government-owned inventions, including patents related to lasers and semiconductor devices, in the United States.
