EPA Grants Temporary Exemption for Aspergillus Flavus AF36 on Corn

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has temporarily exempted corn from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Aspergillus flavus AF36, following a petition from the Arizona Cotton Research and Protection Council under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
