NYSE Arca, Inc. Seeks Approval to List and Trade New Index ETN

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a notice with the relevant regulatory body seeking accelerated approval to list and trade the BearLinxSM Alerian MLP Select Index ETN, following modifications to the proposed rule change as outlined in Amendment No. 1.
