Submission for OMB Review: Comment Request for Review of Revised FEHB Open Season Express IVR System

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking review of its revised Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Open Season Express Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System, which collects information from retirees and survivors for changing health benefits and other purposes, with approximately 215,000 responses per year, taking about 10 minutes each.
