EPA Extends Exemption for Ozone-Depleting Substances for Laboratory Use

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the exemption for the production and import of class I ozone-depleting substances for laboratory and analytical purposes through December 31, 2011, in line with the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
