USIBWC Publishes Final Environmental Assessment and FONSI for Rio Grande Canalization Project

The International Boundary and Water Commission's US Section has made available the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Rio Grande Canalization Project, a flood control improvement project in Texas and New Mexico.
