FRA Adjusts Reporting Threshold for Rail Equipment Accidents/Incidents for 2008

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has increased the monetary threshold for reporting rail equipment accidents/incidents involving property damage to $8,500 for calendar year 2008, reflecting cost increases since the last threshold adjustment in 2007.
