U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to CrispTek for Rice Flour-Based Frying Batter Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant CrispTek, LLC an exclusive license to use a patent for a rice flour-based low oil uptake frying batter, issued on May 1, 2001.
