Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Proposes Rule Change to Extend Reporting Deadline for Sales and Purchases

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board has filed a proposed rule change to extend the expiration date of a three-hour exception to the fifteen-minute reporting deadline for reports of sales or purchases under Rule G-14, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve market efficiency and transparency.
