EPA Announces Public Comment Period for Draft Toxicological Review of Acrylamide

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on a draft document assessing the human health risks of acrylamide, a chemical used in food processing, as part of its Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS).
