EPA Corrects Consolidated Federal Air Rule Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule to correct a formatting error in the General Provisions for Consolidated Federal Air Rule, allowing for extensions to deadlines for performance tests in certain circumstances, and has determined that good cause exists to issue the rule without prior proposal and public comment.
