Millennium Challenge Corporation to Select Eligible Countries for Fiscal Year 2008

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is required to identify eligible countries for Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) assistance for fiscal year 2008, based on objective indicators of a country's commitment to governance, economic freedom, and investing in its people, as mandated by the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003.
