EPA Proposes Settlement for Mason Road Lead Site Cleanup Costs

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement to recover $15,917.36 in past response costs for the cleanup of the Mason Road Lead site in Mason, Ohio, in exchange for the completion of a removal action and a covenant not to sue the settling party.
