Administration of Assistance Awards to U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations; Correction to Financial Reporting for Grants and Cooperative Agreements

The U.S. government is correcting its financial reporting requirements for grants and cooperative agreements awarded to non-governmental organizations, following an interim final rule published in the Federal Register on January 19, 1995.
