NRC Requests Comment on Proposed Information Collection for US IAEA Safeguards Agreement

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection for the US International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Safeguards Agreement, which requires licensees of US-eligible facilities to submit design information and forms to the NRC for review and approval.
