Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Fee Schedule Changes for FY 2008
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to increase fees for its applicants and licensees to recover 90% of its budget authority for fiscal year 2008, as mandated by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990.
