Nuclear Regulatory Commission Delegates Authority for Access to Sensitive Information

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is amending its rules to grant the Office of the Secretary the authority to issue orders for accessing sensitive unclassified information in adjudicatory proceedings, and making final procedures available for parties to access Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information or Safeguards Information.
