NRC Requests Public Comment on Paperwork Collection Form for Reporting Radioactive Activities

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is requesting public comment on the continued approval of a paperwork collection form, NRC Form 241, which is used to report proposed activities involving radioactive byproduct material in non-Agreement States, areas of exclusive Federal jurisdiction, or offshore waters. The form is required for licensees who want to engage in such activities, and the NRC may waive the requirement for filing additional copies during the remainder of the calendar year.
