Nuclear Regulatory Commission Extends Comment Period for Decommissioning Planning Rule
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has extended the public comment period for its proposed Decommissioning Planning rule by 30 days, from April 7, 2008, to May 8, 2008, in response to a request from the Nuclear Energy Institute and other stakeholders.
