Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests OMB Review of Radioactive Waste Disposal Information Collection

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for the licensing requirements of land disposal of low-level radioactive waste, seeking OMB review and public comment, with a 60-day comment period ending on June 1, 2008.
