Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. and Entergy Nuclear Indian Point 2, LLC have received an order approving the indirect transfer of the facility operating license for the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 1. This license transfer is related to Entergy Corporation's acquisition of Exelon Corporation, a major US energy company.
