Western Area Power Administration Proposes No Change to Boulder Canyon Project Base Charge and Rates for FY 2027

The Western Area Power Administration's Desert Southwest region has proposed keeping the fiscal year 2027 base charge and rates for Boulder Canyon Project electric service unchanged at $76.2 million, with the proposed changes set to take effect on October 1, 2026, and remain in effect through September 30, 2027.
