NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Ferrari 599 Cars

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has accepted a petition to allow the importation of 2006 Ferrari 599 passenger cars manufactured before September 1, 2006, that do not meet all applicable safety standards, as long as they can be modified to comply with US regulations.
