Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs Requests Public Comment on Appeals Process for 2010 Decennial Census LUCA Program

The Office of Management and Budget and the Bureau of the Census are seeking public input on the appeals process for the 2010 Decennial Census Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) Program, which allows Tribal, State, and local governments to challenge Census Bureau determinations regarding suggested changes to the 2010 Census Address List.
