Federal Acquisition Regulation Proposes Amendments to Include Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Act Price Adjustment Clauses

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to specifically require the incorporation of the FAR clauses regarding Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Act-Price Adjustment in various types of service contracts.
