Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2001-004: Exemption of Certain Service Contracts from the Service Contract Act (SCA) Finalized

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized an interim rule revising the Federal Acquisition Regulation to update the SCA exemption and add exemptions for specific additional services, following changes to the original rule.
