US Government Agencies Agree on New Thresholds for Trade Agreements in Federal Acquisition Regulation
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to increase thresholds for applying World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements, as determined by the United States Trade Representative.
