FAR Case 2006-030: EPEAT Regulations Adopted

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized the interim rule for purchasing environmentally preferable products, including personal computer products, using the Electronic Products Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT), as mandated by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and Executive Order 13423.
