Councils Adopt Final Rule for Reporting Contract Actions to FPDS

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized a rule revising the process for reporting contract actions to the Federal Procurement Data System, with a minor change to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, specifically the definition of indefinite delivery vehicle at FAR 4.601.
