Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2008-014, Amendments to Incorporate New Wage Determinations

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, eliminating the need for contracting officers to reevaluate eliminated proposals, in response to new wage determinations.
