FAR Case 2006-005: Proposed Revisions to HUBZone Program

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to reflect changes to the Small Business Administration's HUBZone Program, which supports small businesses in historically underutilized communities.
