Federal Acquisition Regulation to Clarify Criteria for Sole Source Awards to Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business Concerns

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the criteria for awarding sole source contracts to Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business Concerns, in order to support these businesses in acquiring federal contracts.
