DOD, GSA, and NASA Agree to Delay Employment Eligibility Verification Rule

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have agreed to delay the applicability date of the new rule, originally set for March 24, 2009, to September 8, 2009, to help federal contractors comply with the change.
