Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2009-015, Revocation of Executive Order 13202: Councils Agree to Amend FAR to Repeal Project Labor Agreement Prohibition

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, repealing Executive Order 13202, which prohibited federal contractors and subcontractors from entering project labor agreements, effective February 17, 2001.
