FAR Case 2009-014: Taiwan Designated as Separate Customs Territory

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to add Taiwan as a designated country in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, following Taiwan's accession to the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement.
