Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction Projects

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align with Executive Order 13502, which governs the use of Project Labor Agreements for federal construction projects. The proposed changes will be open for public comment for an additional 30 days.
